Zucchini and pineapple raw vegetable salad

Ingredients for 1 Servings

0.5 Pcs zucchini
2nd Schb pineapple
1 Pcs Chili pepper (amount to taste and spiciness)
1 EL Lime juice
1 TL honey
2nd EL Lemon olive oil
1 branch Garden herbs

  1. Wash zucchini and chop finely (3.5 mm mandolin vegetable slicer) or julienne.
  2. Cut the pineapple into pencils of the same size.
  3. Wash the chilli pepper and cut off small rings (amount according to taste and desired spiciness).
  4. Mix a dressing from the lemon olive oil, honey and lime juice and mix with all the ingredients.
  5. Garnish with a small sprig of garden herb.
