- For the winter fennel and carrot salad, wash and clean the vegetables first. Then halve the fennel and remove the stalk, then cut into thin sticks. Roughly grate the carrots and peel oranges, and cut into cubes.
- Season well for the dressing yogurt, lemon juice and ginger and mix with the salad.
Arrange on lettuce leaves and serve with whole grain bread.
