Spaghetti with pesto

Ingredients for 2nd Servings

250 G spaghetti
0.5 Glass Pesto
1 EL butter
1 Pa Cocktail tomatoes

  1. For this quick spaghetti pesto recipe, cook the spaghetti al dente (bite-proof) in salted water.
  2. Heat any pesto (e.g. a wild garlic pesto, rocket pesto or basil pesto) in a saucepan with a little water and season to taste – e.g. with basil, salt, pepper, marjoram, etc.
  3. Strain the finished pasta through a sieve and quench with cold water.
  4. Then heat a little butter in a pan, add the pasta and pour the pesto over it – mix everything well.
  5. Decorate with the cocktail tomatoes and serve.

Recipe tips

A fresh, green salad goes well with this.
