Delicate butter balls

The delicate butterballs is a recipe from Grandma’s cookbook and worth trying.

ingredients for 1 Servings

150 G Butter (soft)
60 G Icing sugar
20th G Pudding powder (vanilla)
0.5 TL baking powder
1 prize salt
1 Pk vanilla sugar
200 G Flour

Sprinkle ingredients

80 G Icing sugar
2nd Pk vanilla sugar

Preparation

  1. First preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Then add flour with baking powder and pudding powder.
  2. Beat the butter together with icing sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy, stir in the flour mixture and stir until a homogeneous dough has formed.
  3. Form small balls out of the dough and place on the baking sheet. Put the sheet in the oven and leave for 15 min. bake lightly. Mix icing sugar with vanilla sugar. Then roll the warm balls in this icing sugar mixture and let them cool.
