- For the almonds Roast the almond sticks briefly in a pan without fat or oil.
- Dissolve the chocolate in a large saucepan in a water bath. Add ginger powder to the dissolved chocolate – if you like, you can also add a dash of rum or orange juice.
- Now add the still warm almond slivers to the chocolate and stir so that all the almonds are covered with the chocolate.
- Using a spoon, place a small pile of almond and chocolate on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it cool down.
