Wheat and rye bread rolls

Ingredients for 1 Servings

250 G wheat flour
250 G Rye flour
1 Pk Dry yeast
1 TL sugar
1 TL salt
1 TL Caraway seed
350 ml water

Preparation

  1. Sieve the flour into the mixing bowl and add the dry food, sugar, caraway and salt.
  2. Pour the lukewarm water over it and knead with the dough hook for at least 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour and then shape the pastry and place it on a tray.
  3. Bake at 230 degrees in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
